If you're interested in competitive gymnastics, check out our USAG team! This group of dedicated girls, ranging from levels 4 thru 7, practices 5 times a week and regularly competes compulsory routines in meets at other gyms in northern Illinois. If you are interested, stop by the front desk and ask for more info about tryouts.

Are you interested in competitive cheerleading? Check out our All-Star Cheer CATS team! This group of dedicated girls and boys, ranging from ages 5-19, practices 2-3 days a week and regularly compete in Cheer Competitions throughout Illinois. Pre-School Open Gym first three Friday mornings of each month from 9:30 - 10:30 am.

Open Gym for children ages 6 and up are on Saturday's from 3:00-4:30 pm.

Cheer Kittens!

If you are 4 to 10 years old and would like to learn cheerleading and tumbling skills without the commitment of a competitive team, Cheer Kittens is for you! This team meets 1 hour per week with a Cheer Cat coach to work on the fundamentals of cheer, stunting, dance and tumbling too! Click HERE for more info!
